Senior Manager, OEM Conversion Marketing
Position Type: Regular - Full-Time
Position Summary:
Position will support Senior Director in the development and deployment of Household Marketing strategy and initiatives, working across the organization to identify, develop and implement marketing requirements, project plans, schedules, reporting, communications and segmentation strategies, marketing campaigns, research and all other associated initiatives. Position will also be responsible for developing Project Charters, Business Requirements and participating in functional design approvals and testing as necessary. Position will also be responsible for leading the development / documentation of the customer journey map for household level marketing, communications and experience.
Position will have responsibility for Service Continuity conversion strategy and performance and all associated initiatives and reporting. Responsibilities will include creating and managing roadmaps and project plans, development and implementation of marketing creative and campaigns, call center initiatives, offer strategies, digital experience development and throughput improvement initiatives, testing and reporting. Position will analyze data and identify gaps, opportunities, issues and other factors impacting performance.
Position will also support select OEM customer experience and onboarding strategies and initiatives.
Position will work across the SXM organization to identify and engage the appropriate functional areas and individuals required to support development, deployment and evaluation of marketing campaigns, tactics and programs, working with fellow members of the OEM marketing team as well as Research, Call Center, MOPS, COPS, BI, Brand, Creative Services, Legal, IT, DE and others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop communication strategies to align the customer experience with stated business goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improving business performance; develop and implement effective strategies that achieve those goals
• Continuously audit campaigns and UX to identify gaps, issues, opportunities and areas for improvement or required updates.
• Create project plans, schedules, project charters, business requirements, creative briefs, campaign requirements and test plans to support strategic and tactical initiatives and goals
• Lead the development and implementation of new creative and campaigns across all media; responsibilities include writing creative briefs and campaign requirements, providing feedback, securing necessary approvals, QA, testing, metrics and reporting.
• Work as needed across the organization to implement initiatives. Day to day contacts will include IT, BI, Creative and Brand, OEM CRM Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Experience, Research, Campaign Operations, Call Center Operations, Legal, Privacy, Strategic and Marketing Analytics, Finance, Revenue Assurance and other marketing and operational support teams.
• Identify issues and opportunities for improving digital throughput and penetration; Manage development of UX and flow improvement initiatives defining business and functional requirements, QA, testing and reporting.
• Support the development of programs to evaluate customer feedback and integration of data into the database and associated reporting.
• Lead the development of KPI dashboards to monitor the health of individual campaign metrics, user engagement and overall campaign performance. Continuously monitor program performance and proactively identify known or potential issues impacting program and conversion metrics. Secure incremental data / analysis as necessary to fully evaluate the source of issues and size of impact.
• Secure all programming, legal, privacy and other approvals for all creative, assets, positioning, copy and other content for marketing communications.
• Perform other duties and projects, as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• This position will not have any direct reports but will be required to provide effective direction and leadership to supporting teams in execution of program components and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years of consumer marketing experience, including at least 3 years at a Manager level.
• Experience in project planning and project management required.
• Strong reporting and analytics experience required.
• Experience working cross functionally across an organization to achieve project goals
• Tactical experience creating/managing marketing assets, communications, campaigns including Direct Mail, EM and digital content.
• Experience with customer journey, customer experience or user experience roadmaps and initiatives.
• Experience or familiarity with call center operations and campaign implementation in the inbound or outbound telemarketing channel.
• Bachelor's Degree with focus on Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Requirements and General Skills:
• Must be able to communicate / interact effectively with all levels of management while operating in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
• Must be extremely thorough and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create and analyze in depth reporting dashboards.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently and in a matrixed team environment and take initiative and follow through on projects to achieve project goals.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and deadlines in order to successfully complete project on deadline.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and survey tools.
