Manages feature priorities and clarifications for end-user facing experiences as well as specific product responsibility for iVIEW, Elite Bonusing Suite (EBS), and mobile. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in the functional role of player experiences and will generate concept documents and business cases to support feature enhancements. The candidate will work cross-functionally with legal, marketing, business analysts, product development, QA, compliance, and sales to deliver new enhancements and new products.
Essential Job Functions:
• Manage the direction of the player experience products consistent with Scientific Games customer-first strategy.
• Prioritize the feature enhancement backlog for player experience products
• Optimize product solutions for quick time-to-market
• Deliver concept documents and business cases for feature requests
• Work cross-functionally to develop concepts into deliverable features and new products
• Ensure successful product sales material including marketing collateral, pricing, and documentation
• Present the product in sales presentations
• Create buy-in for the product visions both internally and with key external partners
Position Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Required Experience:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proven working experience in product management or product development role
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid operational experience with similar products and hands-on experience managing and setting customer expectations that support the needs of the development team while delivering customer requirements
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skills to both small and large audiences
• Knowledge/experience with operational support of similar products
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
