TiVo Analytics:
As entertainment options grow and evolve, TV networks and service providers face new challenges in understanding their audiences and subscribers. At TiVo, our Analytics team combines the power of big data and cloud processing in our predictive analytics solutions to help these businesses optimize campaigns by audience and make decisions based on actual consumer behavior.
TiVo has developed a revolutionary cloud-based analytics platform that integrates massive data from set-tops, smart TVs, tablets and stream servers – basically anywhere that video is consumed – to deliver timely intelligence and actionable insights by leveraging big data and predictive analytics techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Success | Technical Account Manager | Product Super User
• Maintain the day-to-day account relationships with clients – driving satisfaction, growth and product adoption
• Be responsible for and liaise with TiVo Sales, Product Management, Data Science, Operations and Engineering
• Project manage client deliverables and set appropriate levels of expectations with new or existing clients & partners
• Clearly understands and documents customer & partner business needs, strategy and vision, and successfully translates to internal stakeholders
• Assist in the discovery of new customer & partner initiatives and opportunities, understand customer roadmaps
• Fuse client and industry needs, actionable thought-leadership, product offerings, digital influence and best practices across media to design solutions
• Co‐ordinate trials of new features and ongoing developments to evolve portfolio of products by contributing feature suggestions, improvements and ideas
• Travel to visit customers and partners when necessary in order to build relationships and support programs
• Assist in gathering requirements for customized solutions for customers & partners
• Solve customer & partner reported issues in a timely manner
Competencies and Skills
• 5 yrs in multi-media and data-driven platform management, Account Management, Project Management, or Collaborative Client/Partner Focused Role
◦ 1-2 years Technical/Product Account Management
• Experience using media planning, buying or research systems, and understanding of basic television and digital media research methodology and statistics
• Hands on knowledge of Advanced TV, Digital First environments, Programmatic Video, DSPs/DMPs and SSPs.
• In depth, direct Client/Partner Experience and escalation/expectations management skills
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills
• Highly organized, process and detail oriented
• An interest in Product Marketing and Strategic Solutions
• A self‐motivated leader, results driven, and technology enthusiast
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Ability to interact with clients/partners, facilitate small/mid-sized groups and articulate information effectively
