• Provide superior guest service for all
guests. Oversee and assist with training
for all team members in the Admissions Department. Coaches and counsels team
members and leads. Oversees all ticket
transactions, turnstile greeters and season pass office. Monitors the efficiency of team members
conducting ticket sales, ticket counts at the gate, and Season passes
processed. Accountable for enforcing all park policies and procedures while
maintaining Guest satisfaction and profitability of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer questions regarding ticket sale
transactions, season pass processing, ticket collection procedures at the main
gate.
• Talk with guests and answer questions
regarding park policies, and procedures.
• Supervise the efficiency of season pass
processing, ticket counting, cash handling sales, and audit the success of
coupons for the marketing area.
• Listen to and solve guest concerns
regarding park policy and procedures.
• Resolve computer problems for Gateway
Ticketing system.
• Insure accountability for ID cards and/or
cash bank tills on a daily basis.
• Audit and evaluate seller and season
pass banks on a daily basis.
• Tally, record and submit all redeemed
coupons on a daily basis.
• Document and calculate the hourly
attendance of guests visiting the park for each operating day.
• Give appropriate change and receipts
when necessary.
• Identify and react to detailed areas
both behind the scenes and in guests’ view in order to maintain a clean and
safe work environment.
• Oversee completion of timesheets, total
weekly hours, and break rotations for team members.
• Delegates and participates in tasks to
improve park safety, team member courtesy, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Assist in creating and administering
training programs for team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe
environment of all work stations in the Admissions Department.
• Comply and enforce all RWSD policies
and procedures.
Qualifications
:
• Maintain a
well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Work days,
nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Ability to walk
and stand for long hours indoors or outdoors in extreme weather
conditions.
• Follow all
company guidelines.
• Lift up to 20
pounds.
• Required to keep
work area clean and organized.
• Basic reading,
writing and math skills.
Experience:
• Cashier
experience helpful, but not essential.
