This is a versatile role that allows the candidate to touch many different aspects of National Video. Sr. Associates are given a lot of responsibility with heavy involvement in the securing, monitoring and briefing of campaigns. This position also allows the sr. associate to gain management experience by helping to train and nurture associate level team members. Our clients expect high quality work at a fast pace—working with multiple agencies (IAT of PR, Creative, Strategy, Shopper Marketing agencies) to bring recommendations to life.
Brand planning moves quickly and changes frequently, so we’re looking for somebody that works well under tight timelines.

Who you are:
The Sr. Associate will be working closely with the Associates and responsible for managing media partner communications for National Video.
The Sr. associate will be expected to be have a strong knowledge of the Adtech industry & a desire to get into the weeds of making a campaign come to life— from RFP’ing partners to post-campaign wrap ups to actualizing spend on a monthly basis.
Previous National Video experience (at least 1+ Years min) is required.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Advertising, Marketing,
• Expertise in media systems/platforms (experience with Sizmek, Mediatools, Prisma, ComScore a plus)
• Time Management & Ability to multi-task (ability to delegate work when necessary a plus)
• Attention to Detail
• You have demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills but you’ll embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science.
• You have top-notch communication skills (verbal and written).
• You have experience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas.
• You think critically, analyze everything and look for unconventional solutions to problems.
• You like to speak up with new ideas and challenge the status quo.
• You are detail oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
• You thrive on a team, can meet tight deadlines and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• You enjoy managing projects and/or processes.
• You enjoy learning and are willing to lean in to new opportunities.
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
