Job Summary: SEASONAL position responsible for providing superior Guest Service
Essential Job Functions:
• Welcome and greet guests
• Measure height of all persons entering the park as they purchase tickets
• Monitor cash for counterfeit bills
• Must be able to handle cash and credit transactions
• Follows all rules from Cash Handling Handbook
• Answer and solve guest questions and concerns
• Collects and scans each ticket or season pass
• Monitors all guests exiting and re-entering the park
• Redeems vouchers for season pass ID cards
• Collects date of birth, phone number, email and address for season pass
• Issues any additional materials to each pass holder as they receive their pass for the first time
• Enforce height and age restrictions on season passes
• Other duties as assigned to support the park
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact effectively with a diverse array of team members and desire to assist with and resolve questions, problems, issues and concerns
• Strong communications, problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Must possess good interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work independently
Physical Demands:
• Requires sitting and standing for long periods of time, ability to walk long distances within the park and exposure to variable outside temperatures, including high heat.
