We’re looking for a Vice President, Corporate Marketing for our New York office. In this role, you'll report to the Chief Marketing Officer, the VP of Corporate Marketing will help ensure IAS’s voice is heard in the market, and unlock growth with our customers and partners through the development and execution of global marketing strategy and plans. You will manage a global marketing team in the US, and partner with the executive team and local leadership to develop marketing plans that drive rapid growth for IAS as the leading measurement company of the 21st century.
What you'll do:
• Lead a high-performing, highly collaborative marketing team of creatives, events managers, communication, content creators, and sales marketers. Inspire leaders across the marketing organization.
• Conceptualize and implement business marketing strategy and plans across all regions and business units.
• Partner with Product Marketing and business leaders to meet product revenue goals, align the organization around a single calendar, and maintain an overall understanding of all marketing activities.
• Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable quarterly targets, goals, initiatives and metrics
• Lead the overall planning, impact and effective alignment of brand-related areas (brand positioning, brand values, brand messaging, brand communications and paid media) to drive overall awareness, affinity and cohesive message.
• Own messaging in partnership with the regional and product marketing teams — including core messaging, sales support materials and assets which highlights differentiation of our core competencies
• Continually review changes to the market, trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
• Build the brand through exceptional creative that resonates with our audiences, and provide creative direction on brand-level video, web, and graphic design projects.
• Develop and coordinate enterprise-wide corporate communications strategy to tell the story of IAS in all regions.
• Implement and maintain key communications policies, protocols and guidelines
• Nurture relationships with influencers, and produce the most remarkable brand experiences at trade shows, proprietary events, and more
• Develop and manage a cohesive web presence and digital marketing capabilities including social media, corporate site, etc
• Guide the day-to-day activities of the global marketing team in conjunction with regional leadership, ensuring that marketing projects are prioritized according to business impact
• Partner with Marketing Ops to develop internal IAS messaging and communication strategies to ensure all employees are updated of key company initiatives, etc.
• Communicate the marketing strategy across the company to ensure brand vision and values are understood.
• Partner with Sales Operations to ensure all sales teams are ready to land key messages and drive adoption of IAS solutions portfolio.
• Lead and develop marketing talent across the organization
• Prioritize and manage marketing budgets in conjunction with Marketing Ops.
• Develop and cultivate cross-functional relationships with teams across IAS, as well as external partners
• Manage agencies and freelancers relationships.
What you'll need:
• A minimum of 10+ years of direct hands-on marketing/branding experience in media, adtech, or agency experience, plus 5 years leading a team.
• Demonstrated experience with translating business goals into a marketing strategy through effective planning and implementation.
• Experience activating Marketing at scale through, and with, sales teams and partners
• Knowledge of the international digital media industry, dynamics and competition a plus
• A strong collaborator able to influence broadly, secure buy-in and become a preferred partner of Regional and Local teams.
• Articulate and a strong communicator with polished presentation skills and is confident enough to command a room
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities. Love for fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Wants to get things done.

• Attention to detail and follow-up.
• Proven experience recruiting, developing, managing and leading diverse and high-performing distributed marketing teams
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required
