Position Summary:
SiriusXM is seeking a Senior ITSM Analyst for leading and driving all activities of the IT Asset Management function pertaining to the management, acquisition and/or disposal of hardware and software assets owned and operated. This position will be responsible for developing a plan and building procedures within an ITIL framework for the execution of IT Asset Management, to include hardware and software inventory, support and maintenance agreements and the execution of acquisition, installation, maintenance, monitoring, retirement and disposal of assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and present processes and procedures for Inventory and Cost management of IT assets.
• Ensure that appropriate resources (people, tools, services) and processes are in place to gather and analyze data relating to IT asset life cycles and related processes.

• Develop requirements for the ITSM team to build the necessary processes within Service Now to support the IT Asset Management program.
• Coordinate with software asset management and hardware asset management processes to ensure they are conducted in line with organizational standards and guidelines.
• Ensure data completeness and quality issues are quickly identified and escalated to the responsible data process owners.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with IT Service Management methodology.

Technical Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in the building and maintaining an IT Asset Management program.
• ITIL Certification desired.
• Experience with the ServiceNow product suite preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
