Position Overview
As part of the Americas Talent Acquisition team, this role will assume leadership and execution for a variety of recruiting domains including Business Strategy Marketing and Americas Sales/Customer Success/Consulting Services. Responsibilities
• Forge close partnering relationships with hiring leaders to engage them in the recruitment of top talent
• Leverage disruptive search strategies and collaborate with Talent Scouts to deliver a full end-to-end search cycle that includes: kick-off strategy meeting, development of sourcing plan, candidate prospecting, calibration, interviewing, qualifying, process management, offer negotiation & close
• Collaborate with HR Business partners to align on organization strategies, competency profiling and interview team compilation. Our HR Business partners function at a global level and have seats at VP+ leadership tables of the businesses they support. As a Recruiter at Autodesk you’ll engage regularly with a number of HRBP’s as we look to maintain and raise the talent bar. We are one team
• Own high visibility searches and forward-looking talent sourcing strategies in partnership with a Talent Scout/Sourcing team
• Drive the process. We don’t like process for process sake. We do love process when it means we can speed things up and get things done. Our senior recruiters own, and drive the process through communicating and setting expectations, facilitating discussions between the hiring manager and HRBP on talent profiles, constructing interview teams, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, and closing out candidate hires. These are the “mechanics” of recruiting. But do it well and it sets you apart. This is where the heavy lifting is done
• Become a trusted talent advisor to the business through timely and rich execution as well as acting as a thought leader and expert
Minimum Qualifications
• You have a sense of humor. There’s not much room for big ego’s here at Autodesk. Our culture is defined by our people. It’s why we’re constantly featured at the top of many “Great Places To Work” awards
• You have 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• You have Recruiting craft expertise. This includes researching & prospecting candidate leads, qualifying, building relationships and managing a process?
• You have formed your core experience at either an executive search or contingent recruiting firm/agency
• Your clients, peers and stakeholders will know you for your expertise and above all, for getting stuff done
• You have a track record of hiring Digital Marketing, Sales and Consulting Services talent into the technology (Software, Hardware, Telco) sector
• You can execute carrying an average of 15-20 requisitions and a targeted production of 50-60 fills per year and handle peak recruiting spikes
• You have in house corporate recruiting experience
• You have a good executive presence, adaptable style, and above all are a natural communicator
• You know the value of keeping all parties appraised and how to manage expectations
Preferred Qualifications
• You have the desire and ability to be a utility team player
• You can work successfully in a co-located or remote capacity
• You have proven experience with multiple applicant tracking systems including Taleo
• You're accustomed to producing data -driven reports for your clients
• You have a University degree qualified or equivalent experience
