Analyst, Digital Supply Chain Management & Integration - Workflow Management

We are a future focused team with core responsibilities in identifying innovation, implementing change, and sustaining efficiency through the automation of data & workflow processes in support of GMS's supply chain (from title creation to customer delivery).
The analyst will support SPE's post theatrical servicing department's Workflow Management Team, which includes workflow management in support of end to end supply chain automation. This includes, but is not limited to, onboarding of new distribution workflows; vendor management; inventory control; spec evaluation and implementation; change management; workflow documentation; and support of internal workflow management systems.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical knowledge and expertise for distribution fulfillment needs, with a focus on digital workflows and delivery requirements
• Maintain workflow management or operations projects focused on automating end to end workflows
• Measure (metrics) and manage resources for optimal throughput, including development and implementation of SOPs
• Exercise discretionary decision making and execute responses to client needs
• Use corporate reporting tools to pull/analyze data and identify trends and opportunities; prepare executive summaries for management review
• Drive requirements gathering sessions with clients and other stakeholders; translate business needs into operational requirements and ensure that requirements conform to overall objectives and specifications
• Prepare metrics; measure and forecast productivity, resource requirements
• Develop training materials and lead training sessions to educate team on new procedures required to support various initiatives
• Identify & escalate issues to management for review, as needed
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Knowledge of and previous experience with digital media mastering and delivery.
• Superior ability to generate original correspondence and performance scorecards
• BA/BS degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Visio
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Ability to utilize corporate reporting, Business Intelligence and Analytics tools
• Experience entering, parsing, QC-ing, and analyzing data
• Proven ability to effectively lead teams
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects
• Self-starter willing to work autonomously to research technology solutions, and then present and inform applicable teammates with the findings
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills (including ability to multi-task and adapt)
• Interest in teaching and learning new concepts

• Is a team player and thrive in an environment of solutioning with others
• Has the ability to speak to details of a project and is also able to synthesize concepts and communicate at an executive level
• must be able to escalate properly to management, when appropriate
• Experience in interacting with international clients or team members
• Familiarity with SPE inventory, knowledge of technical media terminology preferred
