Our ideal candidate is highly analytical and uses problem-solving capabilities to assure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives. As a senior-level member of our account management staff, the Senior CRO Manager will be expected to lead by example and go above and beyond daily client and staff requests to deliver high impact results.
Success will depend on the ability to enthusiastically and competently deliver on the following:

• Exceptional account management – from planning to delivery and continued growth
• Relationship building – establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members; using problem-solving capabilities to assure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives.
• Demonstrating a passion for continuous learning, iterating, and improving – a sound understanding of the digital marketing landscape; a passion for UX design and research, and an entrepreneurial spirit to improve processes from planning and strategy to delivery.
• Successful collaboration with internal resources (including design, analytics, and cross-channel teams), ensuring team members, internal and external clients smile big and often.

• Conduct data research on client web analytics and interpret data for understanding of user behavior.
• Apply knowledge of web analytics, user segments, and audiences as they relate to the optimization process.
• Be able to translate and communicate testing results and data-driven recommendations into an effective message, continually creating insights and value for clients.
• Perform best practices for departmental procedures that facilitate workflow, intra- and inter-departmental communication; contribute to the development and improvement of processes that support the alignment of quality, scalability, and capacity of the team.
