Position Overview
This position is based in Rosemont, IL. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Function as a proactive team player and work collaboratively with both internal and external customers
• Document details of planning and walkthrough meetings
• Conduct audit testing procedures and prepare work papers which document work performed
• Analyzing large volumes of data using common tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Document and maintain sufficient supporting information (such as flowcharts of end-to-end business processes) and facilitate the presentation of findings and conclusions in accordance with work paper standards.
• Identify and discuss audit findings with audit team and document exceptions.
• Assist with drafting audit reports and key deliverables
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners at the manager and staff levels
Required Skills:
• To be successful in this role the intern must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, a team player and deadline driven; possess strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral
• Willing to travel domestically within United States
• Working towards a degree in IS, IT, Accounting or related field
• Time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic PC skills with a working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
