General Responsibilities
• Answers phone, distributes mail, distributes and processes prizes
• Helps continuity director enter copy into PPO system
• Coordinates and inputs barter orders including submitting affidavits
• Assists Account Executives with orders and traffic as needed
• Prepares and assembles reports and presentations
• Provide research materials using X-Ray, Media Monitors, etc.
• Keep sales materials/ media kit up to date
• Backup for Account Executives as needed to input traffic instructions into PPO
• Maintains account lists and mailing lists and employee lists
• Additional duties as designated by the General Sales Manager or Business Administrator related to sales or administrative functions
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• People Skills / Team Player
• Aptitude to make decisions and work independently without immediate direction or supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
• Computer literacy in applicable programs including Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
• Ability to learn proprietary sales software
