ROLE DESCRIPTION
Based in our New York, NY or Reston, VA office, the Intelligize Account Executive initiates new sales opportunities through tireless prospecting and lead generation efforts, and then drives an effective timely sales process to a successful conclusion by consistently applying a highly consultative customer-centric approach.
Highlights of the Intelligize consultative sales process include:
•Conducting an initial in-depth customer needs assessment
•Proving a demonstrative use case through effective demo and trial presentation
•Providing an overall compelling value proposition
•Illustrating a meaningful and plausible return on investment
•Driving a timely decision-making process aligned with overall customer needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Proactively create, adapt and maintain an individual Sales Success Plan that consistently meets or exceeds overall sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI's);
2) Effectively prospect for new sales opportunities by leveraging all available market data, contacts, intelligence, tools and services provided by Intelligize;
3) Ability to drive a net new buying decision by establishing initial brand awareness while compelling additional budgetary expenditure;
4) Maintain well-defined sales pipeline metrics related to value, volume and velocity;
5) Develop and/or apply an in-depth knowledge of market, buyer and user personas;
6) Continually study key competitive intelligence, market trends and insights via the Intelligize LMS while successfully positioning Intelligize as a market leader;
7) Provide accurate and consistent sales reporting within the Intelligize CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree desired, and/or 3+ years of prior successful sales experience
•SEC-related industry knowledge and experience is preferred but not required
•Proven experience regarding strong sales prospecting methodologies and processes
•Results-oriented command of a consultative customer-centric sales process
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Proficient ability to organize, plan and prioritize
•Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented with a strong independent work ethic
•Consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude and approach
•Great team player, willingness to work with others collaboratively
•Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
•Experience using Salesforce CRM system preferred but not required
