Job Summary
We are in the process of filling open positions for the combined company following CenturyLink’s acquisition of Level 3 Communications. All qualified candidates who express interest by submitting an application to an open posting will be considered. However, based on business needs, preference may be given to internal applicants on certain positions. This position will be involved in programs focused and aligned with corporate and departmental goals and objectives to drive operational efficiencies and scalability, develop and enhance system and technology capabilities, support product implementations, support data migration and integrity, and lifecycle support of systems, data, and processes.
Job Description
Five years of related experience preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
• Data analysis and project management experience.
• Must be able to adapt quickly to change, work well within a team environment, and communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Must be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Ability to train others through both formal and informal training methods.
Qualifications
• Responsible for developing, defining, planning, and implementation of business solutions that are targeted towards a single domain or functional area while accounting for all aspects (data, systems, processes, organizational impact) of the solution. Analyze and support
• May be required to coordinate small sub teams to achieve targeted objectives.
• Networks with internal and external partners within own area of expertise and pulls input from multiple projects or applications to ensure requirements are not conflicting. Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and parties.
• Interfaces with business partners and acts as a subject matter expert and advocate for the business users and organizations involved. Provides strong collaboration and partnership within the business in order to identify and resolve business problems.
• Responsible for best practices execution of all aspects of the program to ensure; data quality and integrity, operational efficiencies, quality user experience, business scalability, and quality customer experience.
• Utilizes understanding of business to translate business project requirements into system requirements.
• Experience: 5+ yrs
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Field Of Study: Business, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
