In this Quality Assurance Specialist role, you will ensure quality is maintained across all of our Assessment Solutions Revenue Management Operations including, but not limited to: Quoting Tools (products and pricing) and Ordering forms, Ops organization structure and Billing accounts associated with them as well as other internally shared platforms such as Sharepoint and Salesforce, as they pertain to out HESI product.
Job Description:
HESI Quoting Tools
Add/Remove/Maintain all listed HESI products and pricing associated with HESI ordering within the tools used (Access Database, Excel Forms & Salesforce)
Provide support in generating accurate and complete HESI quotes for the TSOS team when needed across multiple platforms (Access, Excel, Salesforce)
Internal Tools
Maintain and support all internal communication tools and documents owned by the Revenue Management HESI Operations
Customer Billing Account Data
Create and maintain all Billing Customer Account information (working with internal account team members and spanning over multiple systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency)

What you should bring
• MUST be highly detail-oriented and meticulous
• Past experience with large data sets or purifying data is critical. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (including but not limited to Access, Excel, and SharePoint). Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with SQL or writing code is also a plus, but not required.
• Education requirements include a HS diploma, or GE AND/OR a 2 or 4 year degree or sufficient past professional experience.
• Must be able to work well with others and communicate efficiently and effectively across internal departments and areas of the business.
• Must also take initiative and look for areas of improvement and inefficiencies when possible. Important to also be well-organized.
