Job Summary
Lead functional area within Marketing Strategy; including strategic data, analytics, and business support. Accountable for results, costs, methods, and staffing of functional area. This includes management of multiple consulting engagements annually
Job Description
• Create and drive the Internal communications strategy for the Office of the CMO and staff
• Program Manage high priority projects to ensure on-time completion and delivery (Examples include: marquee events, customer experience initiatives etc.)
• Manage key vendor relationships including Blue Kai, Media Math, 6th Sense etc. on the Digital Marketing front
• Oversee the end to end planning cycle and interlocks within the various marketing functions
• Oversee the planning cycle and interlocks with key stakeholder organizations outside of the marketing function to ensure collaboration and operational efficiencies
• Act, on behalf of the Marketing leadership team, as a single point of contact/liaison for key stakeholders outside the marketing organization
• Drive and measure organizational effectiveness through process examination and problem-solving
• Examine and diagnose organizational health through deeply embedded relationships within the teams
Qualifications
• 20+ years’ experience in high tech industry
• Ability to manage the executive support staff and drive key decisions/programs on behalf of the Office of the CMO
• Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and proven track record of driving successful relationships with key partners
• Proven ability of building relationships of trust within the Marketing organization and drive process improvement as and when required
• Proven track record of planning and driving organization design and behavior strategies
• Deep understanding of Marketing planning cycles within and outside of the Marketing organization in order to continuously drive operational efficiencies
• Strong communication skills with ability to organize and prioritize key issues for the CMO to facilitate his/her efficient decision making
