The Job:
Time Inc. is looking for a Digital Media Manager with strong paid media expertise to develop, recommend and implement integrated media strategies that address the marketing challenges for our brands and products.
The successful individual will focus to maximize the effectiveness of all paid media. This person must use their resources and technology to continuously seek out ways to improve performance. This role requires extensive inter-department communication and the ability to effectively communicate across teams.
You will:
• Ownership of all paid digital media channels including social, display, search, etc.
• Big focus on paid advertising on Facebook / Instagram
• Work on exciting new product marketing to increase awareness and sales
• Develop and execute the digital media plan for brands and new products to drive customer acquisition, drive conversion / revenue, and increase sales
• Conceptualize creative for the digital marketing campaigns and work with designers and copy writers to create required ads
• Work with design and analytics teams to create and testing landing pages
• A/B testing landing pages, messaging/offers, and audiences in coordination with the data analytics and creative teams
• Manage promotions across ads to improve customer growth and increase AOV
• Manage and analyze regular reporting to optimize the campaign performance and KPIs
• Regular optimization on key brands and products to drive down costs and increase orders
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop media planning and forecasting
• Work with senior staff to develop strategy and growth potential for assigned brands
• Stay abreast of social media & search industry trends and best practices
• Presenting recommendation to internal and executive teams as needed
You have:
• 3+ years working in paid media
• Direct to consumer digital marketing experience required
• Familiarity with the tools needed to grow and analyze accounts in both Google, Facebook, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of each element of paid media (bid management, keyword targeting, audience targeting, optimization, landing page optimization, etc.)
• Strong analytical skill set, capable of analyzing and reacting to digital performance data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Finesse and ability to influence and build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels, including marketers without direct nor extensive experience in paid media
• Self-driven, growth focused, and hunger for success and a winner’s mindset
• Great with numbers, tech savvy and must know excel
• Deep familiarity with the levers that impact CPA, CPC, and LTV.
• Experience with tagging and pixel implementation, programmatic display, DoubleClick Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
