Campaign Manager - FlightGlobal Marketing - Portland/Dallas

Job Purpose:
To increase penetration across the traveler services segment from marketing channels. To grow, engage and convert a global audience, by communicating the FlightGlobal value propositions and brand messaging to relevant audiences. Drive revenue by planning, executing, testing and optimising multi channel activities to deliver growth.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Communicate the value proposition and messaging for each product & job function in the traveler services sector
• Create a consistent customer experience by building holistic journeys through online and offline channels
• Plan and execute activity aligned to revenue and sales goals
• Deliver leads and pipeline revenue through the execution of campaigns and marketing programs to support GTM and funnel
• Deliver solutions-led sales enablement materials for external use for each product and audience
• Deliver ABM plans to support growth of strategic customers
• Drive demand and conversion by delivering optimized digital journeys
• Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI
• Communicate the campaigns delivered showing impact on reach, engagement and $
Experience Required:
Essential:
The ideal person will have a BA or BS in Marketing with seven or more years of growing experience in B2B campaign marketing or MBA and four years of related experience. Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to work as a “squad” with shared goals; proven leadership ability.

• Using content marketing to generate prospects and leads to build a sales pipeline
• Managing multi channel marketing activities
• Writing compelling copy that drives conversions
• Optimising and testing for conversion
• Using KPIs and data to drive campaign planning
• Creating user journey analysis and optimisation
• Managing budgets and illustrating ROI from investments
• Working with multiple stakeholders to outline and work to common goals
• Delivering customer programmes to support retention and deliver growth revenue
• Managing external suppliers and partners
As well as having:
