Job Description
Ubisoft is seeking a full-time Associate Content Marketing Manager to join the Digital Marketing team in San Francisco, CA. The Content Marketing Manager will own the ongoing development and execution of Ubisoft’s YouTube and Twitch Content Creator campaigns. This person will report to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for setting up and executing YouTube and Twitch content creator campaigns, from kickoff to post mortem – both pre and post launch – including, but not limited to, developing campaign briefs, asset distribution, reviewing content, and troubleshooting as necessary
• Support inbound and outbound communication efforts with content creator partners
• Coordinate and oversee gameplay capture events with internal cross-functional teams and content creator partners
• Work with external partners to coordinate and manage travel logistics and billing process, where applicable
• Generate and distribute campaign reports that focus on performance and insights to help improve content strategy and programs
• Work with internal Analytics partners and Digital Marketing leads to create tests and trials opportunities for developing and refining content strategy on a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Support content distribution and optimization during E3, partnering with Digital Marketing leads and international partners to develop a comprehensive and effective strategy and process
• Effectively partner with cross-functional teams (Digital Marketing, Brand, PR, Community Development, etc.) and international partners in order to develop integrated strategies and programs
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience working in the field of consumer marketing, digital marketing or equivalent relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of Digital & Social marketing programs including: online media, social behavior, research & analytics
• Strong knowledge of YouTube and Twitch platforms a plus
• Experience working with content creators on Twitch and YouTube a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and team management
• Strong time management skills
• Collaborative, proactive and solutions orientated
• Initiative to drive change in a quickly evolving space
• Knowledge and focus on marketing analytics and ROI
• Entertainment or video game industry experience a plus
• Experience working in an international environment a plus
