Senior Designer, GQ Marketing
Digital & Print Marketing Senior Designer
We are seeking a designer who can seamlessly transition between print and digital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating concepts and creating designs in a collaborative marketing environment. He/she must possess a sophisticated design and typographic aesthetic, keen understanding of digital, print, and experiential design. A plus:an interest in topics relating to the men’s space.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Manage and participate in ideation, creation and delivery of:
• Co-branded ads (print, mobile and digital)
• High-impact custom ad units (digital)
• Branding design for events and conferences (including the overall look and feel)
• Assist in production on video/photoshoots
• Design sales materials and Keynote presentations
• Advertorials (print & tablet)
• Illustration and infographic creation
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
• Be a strong conceptual thinker
• Have exceptional type and layout skills
• Have excellent knowledge of Adobe CC, Keynote
• Be extremely organized, able to prioritize and multi-task
• Be a positive and collaborative team member and potential leader/thinker
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
• Proficient and/or a working knowledge of digital platforms (various CMS, WordPress, HTML, etc.)
REPORTS TO:
• Design Director/Art Director
