Coordinator, Analytics - SCOUT
Job Summary
Scout Sports and Entertainment, a division of Horizon Media, Inc., the largest US independent media services agency, is seeking candidates to fill a recently created position. As Coordinator, Analytics & Property Consultation, you will report directly to the Account Executive, Analytics and support all applicable client projects & new business efforts. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a forward-thinking agency in a division that has seen rapid growth
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• 20%- Support team in new business pursuits for Analytics & Property Consultation
Support new business efforts in acquiring rights holders as potential clients
Prepare necessary materials for new business pursuits
Act as liaison between internal activation teams throughout all new business pursuits
Conduct relevant research to assist with prospecting new projects or supporting active pursuits
• 50%- Support team in active Analytics projects
Liaison with internal stakeholders
Assist all analytic assignments for properties and rights holders
Assist with development of project deliverables, including but not limited to evaluation worksheets, POV’s and customized reports
Participate in calls and meetings with clients, partners and internal stakeholders while preparing the project and eventually showcasing Scout’s findings
• 15%- Support Scout-owned properties or special projects
Manage day-to-day responsibilities and deliverables for properties that Scout/Horizon owns or has a stake in
• 15%- Misc.
Help drive thought leadership related to the evaluation process
Continually develop and enhance Scout’s analytics methodologies and documents
Manage relationships with relevant 3rd party vendors
Continually evolve Scout’s evaluation capabilities for all business needs
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience at an agency, team, league, rights holder or brand. Analytics experience is a plus.
• Tremendous organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Must adhere to teamwork approach to complete client tasks
• Proven experience developing persuasive presentations
• Past experience with sponsorship strategy development, activation concepts, compliance or measurement is a plus
• Ability to conduct comprehensive client-facing research
• Exceptional listening and communications skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment
• Ability to work nights, weekends or travel for client programs and/or events
• High level of proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively manage a variety of overlapping projects
• Must be solutions oriented and focused on proactive problem solving and advanced troubleshooting
Certificates, licenses and registrations
Bachelor of Arts or Science (minimum)
