We’re looking for a strategic, savvy, and digital-loving Business Operations Partner who will focus on enabling success of the Sales and Client Service teams by operating at the crossroads of Finance, Tech-driven innovation/efficiencies and Client service. KEY OUTCOMES
• Lead efforts to build more efficient ways of working in the business
• Work closely and liaison with our Client Service, Finance and Operations teams to improve communications; innovate, implement and ensure efficient execution of processes seeking solutions to issues as they aris
• The ultimate goal: reducing redundancies/errors, building efficiencies and enhancing employee satisfaction
• Establish/design processes to improve the workflow for Purchase Orders, Billing and Collections
• Manage the R&D workflow and development of new and innovative techniques, including mobile interviewing implementation, survey optimization, automation and other product innovations built for today’s as well as the next generation of researchers.
• Interact extensively with the Executive Leadership team, client service teams, Kantar Operational teams and Finance.
CAPABILITIES
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills—able to build and maintain strong positive internal and external relationships.
• An ability and passion for driving simplicity in processes and ways-of-working
• Familiarity with digital tools for business and operations management
• An entrepreneurial spirit
