General Summary:
imre is looking for an Account Executive (AE) with strong experience in digital marketing and communications to join our growing office in Los Angeles. Candidates should have strong integrated marketing and writing experience, with a background in social media and content planning. Under the supervision of an Account Manager, the AE will be tasked with leading and project managing the execution of marketing initiatives and serving as a brand expert across several consumer clients.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
Independently manages integrated projects across agency disciplines (social, PR, research), cross-functional teams and offices (LA to New York and Baltimore); and supports the team with project management for larger, campaign-level initiatives. Works in an agile manner, spots roadblocks and re-directs the team to work around them.
Supports the day-to-day execution of overall client strategic plans and goals. Manages account work assigned to specific clients under the supervision of Account Managers & Directors.
Highly detail-oriented practitioner who is able to serve as a brand ambassador for clients, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and guidelines
Self-motivated leader, able to organize internal teams and balance client demands and expectations against timelines and deliver exceptional results.
Provides outstanding customer service and serves as a supporting contact and liaison between the agency and assigned client in some matters.
Answers routine inquiries from the media, clients and general public, which requires knowledge of operations, activities, policies, and procedures, and other client related activities. Directs callers to appropriate individuals as needed. Transmits sensitive and confidential information to appropriate employees and clients.
Uses MAC-based computer network to create letters, memos, budgets, reports, news releases, client correspondence, etc. Corrects grammar, punctuation or spelling as needed. Edits as needed. Proofreads all typed materials.
Files, purges, and retrieves a wide variety of materials, some of which are highly confidential.
Performs related routine office clerical duties, such as photocopying, collating, and distributing materials, ordering supplies, retrieving and distributing mail, filing, maintaining a clean and professional office, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Position requires exceptional oral and written communications skills, and knowledge of communications techniques and typical agency processes in order to coordinate successful campaigns and programs.
Work requires excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external audiences; to represent clients, to seek out and build relationships with potential clients and media, and to lead and direct supporting staff.
Position requires problem solving and conceptual skills; to coordinate daily communications and project management activities; to prepare reports and analyses; to project trends and developments in the field through research and industry/audience immersion; and to recommend short-term and long-range goals based on such.
Position requires both a team player that encourages collaboration and ideation among team members, as well as an aggressive and fearless communicator that is willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to deliver the highest quality work on behalf of their clients and the agency.

Working Conditions:
Normal office environment, where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, or smoke.
