Job Description
Job Summary
This position is primarily a communications position and performs call handling functions. It will utilize professional communication, research and social skills. The Inbound Call Associate receives calls from companies across the US and talks to professionals about their telecommunications business needs and service related issues to guide them to the appropriate place for premier Customer experience. The Inbound Call Associate will identify who the most appropriate department in the company the caller should be transferred to and orchestrate that transfer flawlessly while providing excellent customer service.
Job Description
• Ability to learn quickly and think quickly. Active listening skills. Inquisitive nature. Self-reliant and reliable.
• Ability to make multiple Outbound (measured) business-to-business phone calls daily in succinct and professional manner.
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, and Salesforce.com
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED and 0 -2 years business or industry experience.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good management skills.
• Previous professional call center experience highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving skills - ability to facilitate issue resolution.
• Energetic, positive, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Aptitude to work in rapidly changing environment - desire to adapt to changing work requirements and multi-task.
