The role:
As the largest North American ticketing company, Ticketmaster is the fifth largest e-commerce platform and has tremendous marketing assets, including a large customer database (nearly 100 M in the U.S.), a large set of engagement marketing tools (particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and a seasoned team of Campaign Managers that are devoted to helping fans discover the live events they love. All that’s missing is you!
What the internship is:
• Assist team in day-to-day delivery of tactical email marketing activities.
• Support campaign testing to drive fan engagement and ticket sales throughout campaign lifecycles.
• Support assessment of email creative to ensure messages are consistent with our brand messaging.
• Tactical support of reporting, segmentation and audience building
• Gain email best practice knowledge, as well as, experience in building and deploying email campaigns
What a qualified intern should possess:
• Passion for music, sports, pop culture, arts & theater and/or family events
• Must be enrolled in a college or university prior to starting internship
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to manage a fast paced work environment, multi-task and take direction from multiple sources, and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
