Employee Store and Inventory Supervisor
The Administration Division is in search of a dynamic individual who understands the importance of the Team Member experience, appearance and its impact on Guest Service, as well as possess a strong attention to detail that can be easily applied to inventory controls.

Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Employee Store and wardrobe operation from laundry through exceptional service at the counter and facility wide cleanliness.
Specific Duties And Responisbilities:
• Ensure Team Mebers look their best in accordance with Six Flags grooming policy
• Operate the Company Store by selling and/or issueing uniforms and other items
• Provide exemplary Six Flags service to every Team Member
• Maintain and operate cash register and set up new NLUs as needed
• Establish and maintain inventory controls to include item movement, par levels, NLUs, and corporate group buy intiatives
• Order, receive, count and stock all intentory items
• Launder regularly security uniforms, show costumes, table linen, and other intems as needed
• Issue, monitor and ensure Maintenance uniforms are in good repair
• Work with local vendors for park specific itmes and equipment maintenance and/or repair as needed
• Accurate entry of Purchase Orders and Payroll Deductions
• Operate washers, dryers, garment presses, nametag engraver, and other equipment
• Ensure all nametags are issued in compliance with Six Flags Labor Law policies
• Maintain accurate season pass, VIA bus pass, one day ticket and movie ticket log sheets
• Maintain Cleanliness of Wardrobe to include laundry, inventory and locker area, and changing rooms
• All other tasks necessary to the operation of Wardrobe and the Human Resources Department
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments
• Ability to work well in high-volume environment and multi-task
• Computer proficiency in Microsfot Office Products
• Knowledge of Point of Sale and Inventory Control Programs preferred
• Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends and holidays
• At least 18 years old and possses a valdid State Drviers license
