Park Services Lead

Essential Job Functions:
• Monitors inventory of supplies
• Posts schedules 2 weeks in advance
• Coaches and counsels park services team members
• Responsible for overall park cleanliness including; restrooms, trash cans, and midways
• Assists Maintenance Manager in training park services team members
• Ensures that time sheets are completed properly
• Wash down tables and chairs around the park
• Check toilet paper, soap dispensers, in restrooms and replace supplies
• Maintain clean and clear pathways within the park by sweeping, blowing and picking up debris
• Utilize powered equipment to assist with cleaning
• Required to maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Other duties as assigned to support the park
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact effectively with a diverse array of guests and team members and desire to assist with and resolve questions, problems, issues and concerns
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
• Available to work overtime if needed
• Attention to detail
• Will be exposed to cleaning supplies, chemicals, bodily fluids, waters, dirt and dust
Physical Demands:
• Requires standing for long periods of time, ability to walk long distances within the park and exposure to variable outside temperatures, including high heat.
