Essential Job Functions:
• Welcomes and greet guests
• Measure height of all persons entering the park as they purchase tickets
• Monitor cash for counterfeit bills
• Must be able to handle cash and credit transactions
• Answer and solve guest questions and concerns
• Monitors all guests exiting and re-entering the park
• Ensures that team members are collecting date of birth, phone number, email and address for season passes
• Supervises the efficiency of season pass processing, ticket selling, and ticket taking.
• Audits team members and leads
• Resolve computer problems
• Document and calculate hourly attendance of guests visiting the park
• Manage timesheets, hours and break schedules
• Post schedules 2 weeks in advance
• Coaches and counsels team members as well as leads
• Maintain cleanliness of the Admissions department
• Other duties as assigned to support the park
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact effectively with a diverse array of team members and desire to assist with and resolve questions, problems, issues and concerns
• Strong communications, problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Must possess good interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of the administrative team
• Previous office experience preferred with strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Physical Demands:
• Requires sitting and standing for long periods of time, ability to walk long distances within the park and exposure to variable outside temperatures, including high heat.
