We're looking for an Administrative Team Coordinator for our Head of Finance and Head of Community Operations. You’ll work with them to keep the Finance and Community teams organized and running smoothly. You’ll manage busy schedules and maintain great relationships internally and externally, and you’ll need to be an amazing executive level communicator who’s passionate about details.
What you'll do:
• Manage busy calendars, travel schedules and expenses for two executives
• Manage and drive multiple projects and priorities at once, including offsites and events
• Handle confidential information with integrity
• Help us build great relationships both inside and outside Pinterest
What we're looking for:
• Proficient in G Suite and MS Office Suite
• 2+ years experience, ideally supporting a finance or accounting team
• Administrative or front office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to move quickly and make confident decisions
