Position at Taylor Communications Inc.
Taylor Communications is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist internal partners in managing customer print projects. The Project Coordinator maintains regular contact with the Account Manager and the manufacturing teams to process orders, answer questions on order status, address any quality or service concerns, handle complaints or technical questions, and ensure all orders are completed and shipped on time.
Shift Available
• Weekdays, 8 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities Include:
• Works with other departments including but not limited to PrePress, Screen, Digital, Sheet Fed, Finishing, Kit Packing, and Shipping to ensure the successful completion of all jobs.
• Responsible for ensuring customer orders are received, entered, and processed through the plant accurately while following production processes and procedures.
• Collaborates with the account management and sales teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ experience in print production.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, and general comfort with learning new computer systems
Preferred Qualifications:
• Some college courses.
• 3-5 years’ experience in retail graphics.
• Experience in Monarch.
