Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Supply Chain Specialistfor its Operations Department. This individual will report to the Manager, Manufacturing and will be responsible for order processing of toys and consumer products (CP) and scheduling product delivery to our warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate our vendors onboarding process
• Work with Legal with contract and Statement of Work creation
• Process of Purchase Orders with our CP, print vendors and assembly houses
• Negotiate pricing and timeline for our work orders
• Work with our teams in France and Canada in planning, scheduling and assembly of components of our Collector Editions (CE) into finished goods
• Work with Creative and Brand on new CE packaging and creating BOMs
• Follow up with our international suppliers on production planning and delivery dates
• Share with warehouse and internal teams freight planning and ensure timely and accurate receiving in ERP system
• Manage Domestic and International freight
• Work with Accounts Payables on invoice processing and accuracy
• Maintaining and distributing various reports, among those, purchasing and freight
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in purchasing / material planning
• Extensive experience in freight and logistics
• Experience in Toys industry/Consumer Product is a strong plus
• Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical / organizational / data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills and good with people
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft a strong plus
• Must have advanced Excel skills
• General understanding of supply chain processes
• Be able to work successfully and calmly in a challenging, high paced environment
