JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Americas Manager, and as part of the Library Sales group, this individual will exercise a high degree of initiative and independent decision making while performing all applicable primary job responsibilities.
• Generate and manage licensing process for all products from start to full execution
• Manage renewal business within selected territory
• Maintain high level of customer support via email, phone and or in person
• Highly detailed oriented with excellent problem solving skills
• Manage daily account maintenance, IP updates, Access problems, invoicing related issues
• Usage analysis both re-actively and pro-actively to customers
• Prospecting leads for Sales Licensing/Account Managers
• Developing a network of external and internal contacts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years prior service experience preferably work in the publishing or academic sector.
• Strong understanding and previous experience in the STM (Science, Technology and Medicine) market and knowledge of journal and multi-site licensing is a plus.
• Strong computer skills in databases, MS Word, Excel and Power Point a must.
• Must be well organized, highly motivated, flexible and able to work independently.

• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work with numerous individuals on a daily basis to sort issues, discuss clients, find solutions
• Excellent project management skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and follow-up skills
• Understanding on how to maintain and build lasting corporate and internal relationships
• Confident and polished presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
