Position Type: Regular - Full-Time
Position Summary:
Lead Analyst will spearhead development of Data quality audits, analysis and remediations linked to customer-facing and partner issues in the internal SiriusXM systems for US and Canada associated with billing, collections, revenue assurance, marketing data, proper trial processing and other similar tasks. Will be responsible for developing and executing remediation plans in collaboration with other relevant teams and designing controls to minimize the effects of such incidents in the future. The emphasis is on customer satisfaction, system integrity, proper revenue assurance and accuracy of other marketing, finance and accounting data
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead data quality analysis and remediation of customer-facing issues in the BRM system related to billing, collections, revenue assurance and other similar tasks.
• Direct data quality analysis and remediation of partner-facing issues to ensure complete, correct and timely partner data processing from input systems to BRM to EDW to MDB.
• Work with business stakeholders, application developers, Revenue Assurance, Business Intelligence, Listener Care and Marketing teams to identify potential data anomalies, revenue and/or service leaks and at-risk processes and design the data quality audits and controls to detect and/or prevent them.
• Research data anomalies in complex business systems, develop analysis and audit reports, provide reports and recommendations for correction of data, and develop business and technical processes to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and execute the remediation plans in collaboration with IT and Business teams.
• Lead data quality assurance through KPI, routine check-ups of pre-existing data fixes and audit reports.
• Formulate and actively develop test cases, test scripts, and output report specifications for data remediation projects.
• Maintain up to date documentation for the Data quality audits and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 10+ years of Senior Analytical experience in a high-volume subscription-based or data-intensive business.
• Understanding of EDW, Marketing, Finance and Accounting processes and transactions.
• Strong SQL Skills a must.
• High comfort level with various database systems and analytical tools such as Teradata, Oracle.
• Demonstrated high-level of data quality analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle BRM.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• 10+ years of SQL development in relational database environment.
• 10+ years of data analysis, process management and relational database programming, including stored procedures (PL/SQL for T-data and/or Oracle).
• 5+ years of experience with MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
