Description
We’re seeking an Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our New York office and provide administrative support. Primary duties include managing the front desk, providing clerical support to the studio, maintaining schedules and calendars, and booking travel.
Other responsibilities include general maintenance; facilitating office meetings; coordinating with the IT Manager and setting up equipment; coordinating with building management; ordering and restocking office supplies; assisting with new hire orientation; and other administrative duties as assigned. This role will also serve as a liaison between the New York and Chicago offices and provide support during the Studio’s transition to a new office space in 2018.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree; previous experience in an administrative support role or as an executive assistant; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to deliver a consistently high level of service with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality; ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the firm as well as clients and subcontractors; experience managing multiple calendars in Outlook; experience booking travel; proven attention to detail, with excellent organizational and technical skills; and ability to determine priorities, take ownership of tasks, and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through.
