Based within WWE’s Digital Team in Stamford, CT, the Director, Digital Development will oversee all aspects of Influencer activity and relations within the growing WWE network. This newly created position will be charged with building internal relationships with key stakeholders while driving content creation, promotion, and activations with influencers within their respective markets. Responsibilities will also include overseeing and driving pre/field and post production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day account management with external MPN partner
• Oversee and provide support driving pre/field/post production across varying projects
• Manage influencer needs, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are communicated and fulfilled (inclusive of digital, production, analytics, CPG, travel, etc.)
• Create internal and external tracking reports, post event wrap-up documents, cost, viewership, and other tracking grids / reports as needed
• Coordinate logistics for activations
• Oversee, track, and update project deliverables
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of related experience (including project management and production management)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of Digital and Social Media, including YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Experience managing video/film shoots for multiple digital/social platforms
• Experience working with Talent / Influencers
• Familiar with digital platforms and how to best produce content specific for each platform
• Familiarity and production experience with gaming and console games
• Editing experience with applications such as Avid and Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop) a plus
• Willing and able to travel for business as needed (approximately to 30 to 40%)
• Strong analytical and computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while still paying close attention to details
• Bachelor degree
