Human Resources Generalist / HR Business Partner, Editorial & Content Creation
The HR Generalist/Business Partner role will support the Editorial and Content Creation business areas of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as HR point of the contact for Content Creation org.
• Build effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with client group to grow internal cohesion and a shared corporate culture.
• Partner with business leaders to define and implement an HR strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and hire the best talent into the organization.
• Facilitate the resolution of all employee relations issues including those with complex, multi-step solutions, investigations, etc.
• Proactively identify Talent Management gaps; partner with Talent Management team to and propose and implement changes and solutions.
• Continually act as performance improvement driver; provoking positive changes in performance and people management.
• Be a key influencer of both people and business decisions.
• Review and analyze data for reporting purposes, to identify trends and to recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement.
DESIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including employee relations, organizational development and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with entry level through executive level individuals successfully
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Integrity, assertiveness and the ability to build trust easily
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Strong understanding translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the business needs
• Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives
