Emmis Indianapolis Radio is seeking an ambitious Incite Account Services Coordinator to work with our sales team in growing our portfolio of business. The Incite Account Services Coordinator is highly engaged with both our local Emmis Indianapolis team as well as with the Incite team members based in New York, Austin and St. Louis. Responsibilities
The Incite Account Services Coordinator has four primary responsibilities:
1. Responsible for retaining and growing existing client relationships and corresponding revenue.
2. Ensure successful implementation of key Incite campaigns to deliver client results
3. Evangelize the growth of Incite internally and externally
4. Manage all Incite Indianapolis financial reports and trackers
Specific Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Responsible for retaining and growing existing client relationships and corresponding revenue.
1. Gather and share trend information impacting key accounts with sales team
2. Nurture relationships with key Incite partners
3. Join sellers in the field on Incite business development appointments
4. Attend and lead brainstorming sessions to develop client solutions
2. Ensure successful implementation of key Incite campaigns to deliver client results
1. Oversee Incite programs from proposal to presentation, client planning, implementation, execution and through recap and renewal
2. Create client ready sales materials, presentations and recaps
3. Setup and manage projects in Basecamp
4. Work with internal teams to meet client expectations (Events/EMG, Digital and Media)
5. Attend Incite events as needed to ensure client fulfillment
6. Place outside media with other outlets as needed and manage internal reconciliation and invoicing
3. Evangelize the growth of Incite internally and externally
1. Initiate and manage lead gen process providing ongoing prospects for sales team in focus categories / gov’t affairs
2. Create and deliver effective sales training to ensure learning and revenue growth in focus categories across sales team
3. Business development research
1. Identify business growth trends in focus categories and effective campaign strategies for government, healthcare, education and nonprofit clients from outside sources to inform sales training
4. Manage Financial Reporting
1. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly financials and update reports
2. Track results to a strategic plan
3. Work closely with the Director in creating the annual strategic plan and budget
Desired Skills & Experience
Preferred Experience
• 1-3 years administrative, project management experience
• Revenue generating experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• High School Diploma required, College degree preferred
