The Head of Stock Administration requires a highly energetic, self-motivated and ambitious individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high growth environment. In this role, you will provide direct support to and partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal and People teams. You will also be a key point of contact for employees and ensure they are well educated and informed about our equity program and processes. What you’ll do:
• Administer all aspects of Pinterest’s equity programs
• Manage all participant equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, terminations, leaves, etc.) and ensure that they are correctly processed in a timely manner
• Help develop the stock administration function, including improvements in process and implementing automated solutions.
• Work closely with outside service providers, such as our equity systems vendor, transfer agent, and broker service providers.
• Partner with our Accounting, Payroll, Finance, Legal and People teams
• Support our compensation team with analysis and modeling
• Support employee understanding of equity awards programs and policies.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly and custom reports on share plan activity
• Help scale the company for growth
• Lead all aspects of a public offering for stock administration
What we’re looking for:
• B.A. or B.S. Degree in Finance/Accounting
• 5+ years of experience as a Stock Plan Administrator or similar position in a public company (Private company experience is a plus)
• Experience with global equity plan and managing an equity administration system, such as Shareworks, Schwab or Equity Edge Online
• CEP designation preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Payroll experience a plus
