We are looking for a Traffic Manager - Video Investments to join our Boston Mediahub team.
The primary function of the Broadcast/VideoTraffic Manager is disseminating advertising commercial instruction to networks, stations and digital partners according to specific advertising campaigns.
The Traffic Manager should be a detail-oriented individual that works well independently with all departments of the agency. Organization skills are a must to succeed in this fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The Traffic Manager needs to communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, affiliates, managers and coworkers.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate among Account Management, Creative, Production and Media to execute the planned video commercial rotations
-Issue commercial directions to stations and networks concerning the use of commercial material
-Maintain communication with station/network personnel to ensure proper commercial rotation is executed as planned
-Familiarity with traffic software and excel to create, disseminate and record commercial copy instruction
-Maintain electronic catalog of available commercial version for each agency client
-Organize and monitor vendor traffic department contact sheets
-Monitor production progress, communicate changes and job status, expediting requirements and resolving challenges
-Troubleshoot issues with spot upload and delivery between agency and vendors
-Understanding of marketing and advertising creative and production processes
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of agency broadcast/video traffic experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with multiple departments
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
