WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Are you the right fit?
We are looking for an individual contributor who has a passion for sales, technology and always leading to drive great sales results through influencing Autodesk’s extensive partner network. You will report to the Sr Channel Sales Manager in North America and work closely with Autodesk’s partners, distributors, and AMER Territory Sales organization.
You will manage and lead a set of 10 – 15 partners in North America with a specific focus on driving significant growth in Annualized Recurring Revenue.
You must have the ability to leverage and influence a huge array of resources both within Autodesk Field Sales and Autodesk Sales Operations and be able to influence Autodesk partners to grow ARR without positional authority. The ideal candidate will have to be resourceful, work cross-functionally, but most importantly be results driven.

THE POSITION
• Builds and leverages relationship with partner principals, sales management and others within their managed partners organization
• Understands partners business, sales structure, organizational set-up and influences partners to drive growth
• Drives alignment between Autodesk priorities and sales goals with assigned set of Partners
• Drives annual strategic business plan, identify areas of investment and drives execution of quarterly sales goals
• Reviews quarterly sales results with partners and pivots focus areas as needed to drive sales targets for upcoming quarters
• Responsible for forecasting partners Autodesk Subscription billings on a quarterly basis
• Develops and supports sales activities with partners, drives targets/milestones, measures results, and ensures execution of annual sales results
• Influences marketing plans and MDF with select partners
• Attend Autodesk events internally and externally with partners, minimal travel may be required
• Participates in specific internal projects related to driving future indirect business at Autodesk
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 - 6 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role as an individual contributor
• Experience in Channel or Indirect Sales roles highly desirable but not required
• Results oriented individual with ability to influence change without having direct authority to demand change
• Willingness to adapt and work in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Customer-focused, action-oriented individual committed to achieving high quality results
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Well organized, flexible, and focused on meeting deadlines
