Informa’s Global Exhibition Team is seeking a Registration Coordinator to work in our Boulder, CO office. Enjoy a dog friendly office, onsite fitness center and experience collaborating with an innovative group of employees!
The position will work within the centralized Exhibition Services department that delivers best in class operations, registration, housing, technology and client and speaker services.
He/She must have a “can-do” attitude and an open-minded approach to projects and ideas and provide strong customer and value-added service to our internal and external clients and partners.
Accountable to:
Participate in an engaged and empowered team
• Support centralized exhibitions department in executing event requirements
• Collaborate on long and short-term goals for the group to support company, department and market vision
• Participate in structured and unstructured communication to ensure clarity around group goals, identification of opportunities and challenges and tracking against timelines and show requirements
Work closely with team to deliver consistently high performing products and services
• Meet defined timelines
• Always strive to “under promise and over deliver”
• Increase opportunities for revenue and profit growth
• Collaborate on development of events
• Integrate new and emerging Technologies
Specific areas of responsibility:
• Create, Proofread and test technology deployments, including websites, registration forms, automatic emails, and promo codes
• Distribute weekly reports; pull ad hoc reports
• Prepare & distribute post event reports; including registration
• Build show specific reference documents/fact sheets for suppliers and internal staff
• Aggregate and manage internal customer registration, including staff, vendors, speakers and VIPs
• Prepare and send onsite materials, including forms, supplies, pre-printed badges (when applicable)
• Process, track and store supplier and venue invoices
• Reconcile expenditures and forecasts
• Support team on fulfillment of events
• Manage registration areas onsite
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Minimum of three years’ experience in Tradeshow industry and in registration.
Additional Responsibilities
• Travel as requested to conferences, clients, vendors, tradeshows, etc.
• Provide consistent, timely reporting of projects and meet identified deadlines.
• Use identified software and tools for record keeping and event management
• Responsible for completing invoices, check requests, paperwork, database updates, etc. within 48 hours.
• Responsible for following procedures, timelines & deadlines for projects as indicated
