Job Description
KIII-TV has an opening for a Digital Operations Assistant. Seeking a detail oriented person who can follow daily written instruction with no exceptions. Duties will include download/upload of digital content, rendering and renumbering delivered files for air, assist with live newscast production and posting social media promotional material. Person will also train to back up Commercial Production Photographer as needed. Full-time position and work hours will include weekends with days off Tuesday- Wednesday.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be multi-skilled professional with knowledge of current digital media technologies including, but not limited to, non-linear editing systems, ftp content delivery, Adobe Creative Cloud and assorted digital platforms. Knowledge of current broadcasting technologies and familiarity of production play-out systems or similar server based workflows preferred. Video photography experience a plus.
