Role
/Purpose
We are searching for an exceptional strategy and analytics leader help us raise awareness and affinity for Autodesk and inspire and empower the next generation of leaders in design & manufacturing. Reporting to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations, you will lead a team of business and data analysts to develop and implement the business strategy for Autodesk Education Experiences.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Strategy and Analytics Manager you will lead a team to:
• Be the youth and learning industry thought leader to raise awareness and affinity for Autodesk
• Consult with internal & external stakeholders to define and evangelize the Autodesk Education point of view to be shared with customers, partners, educators, and internal Autodesk community
• Lead cross functional strategic planning process to define the 3-year strategy and develop the 12-18 month plan to execute on the strategy
• Prioritize target segments; identify business/technology opportunities; analyze competitive activity and dynamics; and gather industry requirements to ensure that Autodesk is meeting the evolving needs of its customers
• Deliver assessment and analysis of the business each quarter to executive management, in collaboration with the platform, marketing, learning, and field organizations
• Define and develop KPIs that align with business strategy; and develop monitoring processes and dashboards to better understand business performance and identify corrective action plans as needed
• Conduct in-depth analysis and develop deep understanding of key value drivers; build business cases and financial models
• Consult with functional stakeholders to define success measures for go-to-market and learning programs, and provide analytics insights into linkage between programs and outcomes
• Prioritize and scope stakeholder needs and create strategy and analytics roadmap
• Develop relationships with technical stakeholders to align on data roadmaps, tools, and technologies

Our
ideal candidate will have
• 3+ years of experience working with youths, education or education technology
• 3+ years strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience
• Demonstrated success leading strategy and operations project teams and engagements from assessment through implementation
• Demonstrated success driving meaningful organization change and measurable impact
• Demonstrated success leading high performance teams to meet challenging goals & objectives
• MBA preferred
• Experience with SQL and advanced analytics preferred
• Experience with design and manufacturing, Autodesk products preferred
• A passion for inspiring and empowering the next generation of design and manufacturing leaders
• Willingness to travel, including internationally, up to 20%
