JOB SUMMARY
Supports IT leadership with strategic and operational facilities planning and analysis. Designs departmental location assignments and develops growth plans as needed. Reviews, analyzes, and assigns all individual IT resource seating requests across multiple locations, and maintains and updates the IT facilities dashboard. Utilizes strong communication and relationship building skills to serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and the Corporate Facilities team to ensure that the organization’s facilities goals, objectives, and strategies are achieved.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gathers, analyzes, and fulfills facilities requests for IT resources across multiple locations, including documenting dependencies, risks, and issues
• Ensures that all IT resources have an assigned workspace in their primary location
• Assists IT resources with obtaining visiting workspaces when traveling away from their primary location
• Supports IT resource relocations from one location to another
• Facilitates communication and builds relationships with Corporate Facilities and Real Estate teams to ensure strong team partnership with IT
• Works closely with Corporate Facilities team to coordinate and communicate safety drills, maintenance issues, and any other events that could impact IT resources
• Ensures that Corporate IT facilities are maintained to the highest standard, and that all issues are repaired and/or remedied in a timely manner
• Identifies trends in IT seating capacity and vacancy rates across multiple locations to provide recommendations for improvement by analyzing and interpreting data
• Develops facilities growth plans as needed to accommodate IT resource seating needs
• Assists with governance and compliance of seating chart assignments and other policies
• Maintains and updates facilities dashboard report weekly to provide IT leadership with visibility to seating allocations, vacancies, etc.
• Works closely with IT leadership to manage and coordinate resource moves across locations as needed
• Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Good communication skills (oral and written)
Good interpersonal and consultative skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of industry best practice for business analysis
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience
3 to 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience
