MANAGER, FIRST PARTY PARTNERSHIPS

2K’s Partnerships and Licensing team works across several disciplines to integrate national brands & music in-game, architect large-scale consumer marketing programs, secure merchandise licensees and successfully market and publish our games with our platform partners like Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony. What We Need:
We are seeking an extremely organized and detail-oriented individual who can work closely with our first party partners like Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo to successfully publish and promote our titles on their platforms. The ideal candidate should embrace a constantly changing environment and have the ability to multitask on multiple high-level projects at once while remaining cool, calm and collected.
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
• Liaise with first party partners on a day-to-day basis building strong working relationships with our account teams
• Work closely with teams across the company to review new game launches and coordinate the setup of pre-orders and game releases in first party portals
• Understand all aspects of platform relevant features, guidelines, and other policies in order to educate internal teams on potential impacts and implications
• Evaluate, evangelize, and execute on new growth initiatives and technologies created and offered by first party platform partners
• Leverage relevant company, game and/or product data to develop recommendations for new product features or changes on first party platforms
• Collect and present relevant company and product data at regular intervals to platform partners to drive execution of joint strategic initiatives
• Keep stakeholders in Europe and Asia up to date on release schedules and upcoming initiatives
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise throughout the development cycle with internal groups like Product Development, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing
• Develop and implement best practices for working with first party partners
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to offer consistency and efficiency across all 2K titles
• Assist IT and other internal teams in the setup of new titles and accounts in first party portals

Minimum Requirements:
• 3-5 years of product management, production experience and/or operations experience
• Passion for video games, game development & marketing partnerships
• Ability to communicate effectively, with strong oral and written skills
• Disciplined and organized, with meticulous attention to detail
• Self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment
• Team player with the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work with multiple clients simultaneously and effectively
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
