Description
The newly-launched Autodesk Services Marketplace is looking for a Project Manager. The Services Marketplace is an exciting startup marketplace program that connects our end customers with approved experts around the world to be able to learn and use our software more effectively.
Responsibilities
Organizes day-to-day project activities and establishes and manages related meetings; identifies and communicates project scope; identifies, tracks, and ensures that critical paths, project milestones, and objectives are met. Responsibilities include:
• Manage planning and maintenance of Services Marketplace program initiatives across multiple teams and work streams
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Identify and communicate interdependencies among project teams or resources
• Assemble and coordinate meetings and agendas & take and distribute meeting notes
• Manage project resource allocation
• Plan, track, and maintain project timelines
• Track project deliverables and milestone using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to workstreams as needed
• Continually monitor and report project status to team members and stakeholders
• Coordinate communications across the cross-functional teams
• Implement, manage and communicate all project changes
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Document and coordinate program’s policy definition with various project teams
Requirements
• Minimum of 3+ years of applicable direct project management experience (creation of project plans, managing schedules, allocating resources, etc.)
• Proficient in effectively communicating to a wide range of audiences in both written and oral form.
• Ability to exercise judgment related to prioritization and risk management while effectively utilizing project management methodology and tools.
• Experience with e-Commerce and web technologies; agile methodology a plus.
• Ability to keep project teams motivated and be able to resolve conflicts.
• Effective time management skills as working with many team members, extended teams and management, often spinning multiple plates at once.
• Ability to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Ideal candidate would have experience in some or any of the following: marketing, campaigns, product marketing, driving demand, promotions, event planning, online marketplaces
Preference for candidate to be located in the San Rafael office, possibly open to other locations, TBD.
