We are seeking a Technology Operations Representative to represent our company at our prestigious client’s sites.

Responsibilities
Job duties will include but not limited to the following:
• Level I servicing, which consists of minor repairs, replenishment of toners, paper jam clearance, general cleaning glass and surfaces, preventative maintenance and removing old toner containers for recycling
• Placing service calls and coordinating off site service support as needed
• Monitoring spare parts and supplies, including consumable inventory control
• Utilizing Netaphor to reactively use alerts to respond to issues
• Manage Netaphor Site Audit, iWEMC and uniFLOW; responsible for managing uniFLOW related support calls, issues, or end user questions related to usage
• Print queue/driver management and Uniflow user management
• First-Responder for IT-based troubleshooting; diagnose issues, attempt troubleshooting
• Maintain Systems Documentation; record all activities in Account Systems Activity Log, record configuration changes in application-specific documentation
• Escalate out-of-scope issues; communicate issues to Technology Facilitator, systems service call placement/management
• Execution of basic management reports / client-facing reports from all systems
• Project Management - Device Implementation support and tracking/reporting
• Asset data management
• IMAC process management
Qualifications
Qualification include a High School Diploma (college degree preferred), 1-2 years experience working in a customer service oriented environment, demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to multi task. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
