Job Summary:
The Team Administrator’s primary function is to coordinate efforts between sales and operations to facilitate client agreements for our airport advertising sales teams. Responsible for processing contracts, inventory accuracy, tracking and sales team support.
ob Responsibilities:
• Enter sales contracts accurately in system
• Facilitate map changes to ensure accuracy of available inventory locations for Sales.
• Set up and maintain inventory in team’s portfolio of markets.
• Prepare audit packages for sales, collect upon return and log issues in company system for resolution.
• Conduct inventory audits to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Compile reporting as needed.
• Scorecard tracking for team.
• Keep airport contacts/information updated in the Black Box system.
• Organize team meetings
• Summit arrangements/agenda

Job Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Advertising or equivalent field.
Work Experience
• 3-5 years in related Project Management or consulting experience.
• Experience in Media sales or B2B sales process preferred.
Skills
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational/time management skills, and be detail oriented.
• Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and changing priorities.
• Able to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Proven ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and use company system(s).
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint).
