Belo Media Group is seeking an inside sales account executive with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and client expectations. You will be joining a dynamic team with innovative and proven ROI solutions. You will be required to do outbound calling to secure new business, as well as handling inbound calls from both the private party and commercial business sector. This position will be focused on selling premium print and digital solutions to marketers.
• Present and sell Belo Media Group marketing solutions based on the advertiser’s needs.
• Make outbound calls to potential advertisers from either provided lead lists or self-identified leads.
• Record sales activities in customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com) and uses the system to achieve a high level of sales efficiency and productivity.
• Provide excellent fulfillment and customer service to sold accounts and ensures that transitions to other company personnel are seamless for the client.
• Resolve any fulfillment issues for clients in a proactive and timely manner and escalates issues to leadership team as necessary.
• Develop and maintains excellent working relationships internally and externally.
• Assist with the creation and development of special advertising projects to attract new clients.
• Must be completely knowledgeable regarding Belo Media Group's products and services.
